I responded to the Blendjet recall in Feb 2024, having only bought it a short time before, so as I could make fresh smoothies because I was unable to eat due to my cancer. Still no replacement or refund in July. Just the usual 'we're doing our best' platitudes. And now my oncologist has given me weeks to live. Thanks Blendjet. Great customer service.
