Similar to other clients when their recall notice came I followed all their various directions. It is now 7 months later and no replacement blend jet. I have reached out several times and get the same pathetic answer they are awaiting parts. Honestly I'm disgusted, and why are you not sending your clients one of your "in stock" units that you are happy to sell to new customers. If I could rate this as a zero I would.
