Like all the others here I am stuck in the run-around game regarding the replacement of 3 blend jets I purchased. I looked into filing a complaint with the BBB as thousands have already done. After reading the ones already posted it seems like the responses are the same pandering “supply chain” and “shipping” issues and “thank you for your patience” that I have already received when I reached out twice to Blend Jet customer service. I suspect they are having to sell as many new units as they can to pay for the ones they need to replace. Seems to me that a company should have to reserve a percentage of their profits to take care if these type of issues. But that would make too much sense wouldn’t it?
