Well no surprise that my poor review echoes pretty much what everyone else is saying here too...Absolutely shocking and unacceptable conduct by BlendJet. I too destroyed the rubber part of my BlendJet due to the global recall, warranting it useless, and over 6 months on I've still not received a replacement. Along with receiving vague emails saying the same thing - we're a small business, supply chain issues, and we can't guarantee when your replacement will be shipped (at this point I'm feeling like it's more a case of "IF", especially since I'm based in the UK). As an existing customer who has more than patiently waited (again, like MANY others), I continue to receive regular promotional emails from BlendJet with offers and new product launches whilst they can't even fulfil replacements for THEIR recall. Beyond disappointed and angry.
