Very poor experience. After receiving an email about a product recall on the blend jet, we were instructed to destroy the device and that replacement parts would soon follow. Months later, no word, so emailed customer service to be told that the parts should be out by June. It's now the end of August and no outreach from Blend jet. Nothing, yet they continue to send me promotional emails for a product I can't use. Emailed customer service again just to be fobbed off with another copy and paste email response. This company is unable to fulfill their recall promise and what they should be doing is now replacing units completely. My next email will be to the regulator.
