Their service is horrible, when it comes to get their money they ship within 2 weeks. When it comes to a mistake they made and you have to destroy your blendjet and adterwards they have to send you a replacement, you have to wait for almost a year this is not normal. From US to Austria they could send my initial bought blendjet easily within 2-3 weeks but with the replacement product where they dont make money its a problem for almost a year now - dont buy from them you will only get excuses!!!
