Bottom seal broke on the blender a few months after I purchased the product.
I have reached out to their customer service several times to try and obtain a replacment seal.
Each time I recieve a generic reply about seals/replacement parts not being availible for several months. However would i like to buy the new model blend jet 2?
This has been going on for eight months!
