I would give this company a negative star if it were an option on this platform. Like others on here, I purchased a set for my daughter for Christmas 2023. Immediately after, received a notice about the 'bad seal'. First question in my mind was why ship it to a consumer if you know there's a recall on the seal?? We followed instructions to break the seal, submit pictures and get a replacement. Still waiting. No updates received ever. When I reach out to them, they tell me they've started shipping seals out in March of 2024. Well - it's now almost October 2024 and still nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT.
