Like all other reviews, I'm still waiting on a replacement kit for which I returned in January 2024. It has been nearly 10 months. This is unacceptable. Customer service is not doing much other than providing the same response to the 4-5 times that I have emailed to follow up - "...we do not have an exact date for them to arrive...we are unable to upgrade, or offer refunds. Kits should start resuming shipping soon and you will get a confirmation when that happens." I'm not clear on any consumer rights I have here but should someone find something, I would be happy to join a class action lawsuit against this company.
