I'm writing about same issue as most people here.
It's been almost a year, and Blendjet still didn't sent me a replacement. They are just sending everyone the same template apology.
It's obviously just another company that cares just about their profits, but zero care about their customers.
They made us destroy their product that we paid for, so they couldn't get sued if some of them blow up, and someone gets hurt. They should have either give us money back, or honestly tell us that me might die before we get the replacement!
