There was a recall on the blender. I was instructed to cut up the rubber part, send a picture and the company would send replacement blades. It's been over 6 months and every time I email them they just send a generic response saying some nonsense. This is disgraceful. I see so many people with the same complaont and yet the company continues to advertise this product. I would trust this company or purchase any blendjet project going forward.
