Would give a 0 if that was option. I submitted the required info on their Blendjet months ago and still haven't rec'd my replacement ring. When I've emailed the company I've gotten typical PR excuses but no timeline as to when I'll receive the replacement ring. So $ wasted as my Blendjet is unusable until I get the replacement ring
