It has been almost a year since the recall. I did exactly what the company asked, cut up the rubbers, sent pictures. I have sent messages about replacements and still have not recieved anything. I spent a lot of money on these and had to pay for shipping and other fees to Canada. I am not impressed at all. Give us the bases you promised, or refund us.
