Blendjet is total garbage. Bought one for my wife last Christmas and there was a recall on it so she couldn't even use it she just had to send it back and all they did was give her the runaround. It wasn't until she complained to the Better Business Bureau that they actually sent her a new one. The new one is garbage too. She tried to use it yesterday for the first time and it would blend for like 3 seconds and turn red and stop and there wasn't anything thick in it or anything that should have been hard to blend. How they were able to make a Blendjet 2 is beyond me. I assume they saved a lot of money by ripping everybody off on the blendjet 1 and not sending them new ones assuming most people would do nothing about it. If you buy this garbage ass product then I am sorry for your luck
