I own a first generation Blendjet. Due to a product recall, I sent the base back to the company last December. I’ve contacted them via email twice and they have explained that they are small company and are working to send out the replacement bases. I’ve waited for a whole year, unable to use my product, and there seems to be no effort to remedy the situation. However, they are selling the second generation Blendjets on their website with the promise of immediate shipping. Shouldn’t they be sending out the replacement bases to those of us who have been waiting since last year, unable to use the product? Scammers
