I gave them a one because zero won't work.....I purchased a blend jet 2 years ago as a gift. It was recalled because they could catch on fire or they blades could come apart causing injuries. The unit was destroyed and all proper documentation sent to blend jet. It's now been over a year and all we have received are emails and excuses, but no replacement. DO NOT BUY A BLEND JET
