This company is a complete joke. I had to destroy my blender due to a recall. It's been over a year and I have still not received my replacement! I contacted a couple of months ago asking for a refund or an upgraded blender and they declined my request. They told me blenders are starting to be shipped out. After 3 months, I still have not received it. I don't think I will ever get it, nor do I really want it now. Rather just get a refund. Don't waste your money on this company.
