Ordered from these guys two weeks ago, from Australia with express international shipping. Upon checking my order, it was never sent. No communication from the seller as to why. I've sent emails to no response, so had to open a PayPal case. Checking their reviews it looks like if you're overseas, you will probably have a problem buying from them. Entirely disappointing. Edit: 24 hours later, full refund delivered. Customer Service consists of the owners, Tom & Tiffany. Both have repeatedly lied to me regarding the status of my order, insisting it was sent. After over 30 requests during multiple live chat conversations with them, were unable to provide the tracking number for my order with wildly varying and ridiculous reasons. They continually avoided and deflected even the most direct request for a tracking number. Tom & Tiffany, you didn't even have the decency to come clean when I worked out it had not been sent. The lies continued even after the refund was provided saying "...As this order has been cancelled it is unusual to provide a tracking number at this stage". Keep in mind, I had repeatedly told them I wanted the item, not the refund. Save your money and go to anyone but Blim & Blum.
