“I ordered a print of our first dance and asked for a proof, which I'm grateful I did. Blim and Blum sent me a different version of the song, which I noticed was a complete match for the sheet music on MusicNotes.com I asked if they could do the right version or if we could change songs. I received no response. Over the next month I sent weekly emails asking to update the sheet music, all of which went unanswered. I then requested a refund, and still got no response. Ultimately I had my credit card reverse the transaction.”

Check everything before 30 days, because even if it's faulty, they won't do anything. It took us a long time to realise the mistake, because it was hanging in a not so prominent place as I was disappointed with the quality.”

This print has no meaning. I did review the print, however I thought it was to confirm spelling. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution.
