Terrible experience. Placed an order for £80 for 2 large prints, after placing my order I had no email communications for several days so chased with two emails and a live chat message- no reply, took to Instagram and they replied instantly saying they hadn’t received my emails but prints should arrive tomorrow. They arrived separelty to the frames and the ‘prints’ were no more than a2 sheets of paper I could have printed myself, so obviously as soon as I put them in the frame they creased and looked awful. Annoyed I sent the pictures to the company, again through instagram and asked for a refund. They arranged their courier to come pick it up, after chasing, and I worked from home to wait for this and then confirmed when it was collected by Parcelforce, they said they should have it back within 48 hours and would arrange refund. A week later I emailed as no contact or refund, no response from email so again went to Instagram- replied straight away saying the frames needed inspecting and apparently the glass was smashed. I requested pictures- no reply, tried to call- no response and says I should email!! I have spoken to a friend who has advised where to take this if they don’t reply- which is likely, but all I can say is do NOT purchase from this poorly run company who have no idea how to treat customers.

I received my order very quickly, however that was the only good part. What was supposed to be a nice personalised framed vinyl with song lyrics for my husband for our wedding anniversary, turned out to be a cheap piece of tat my 6 year old could have done a better job of. The song lyrics were full of errors, the frame was missing and it was all printed on cheap, thin card. Will not be using this company again.

B&B have now taken to writing generic reviews in order to get their ratings higher. Coincidence that this happened the day after I highlighted this review page to the company. Please don’t be fooled. They provide disappointing products and a couldn’t-care-less attitude to their customers.

my item never arrived, they have not communicated with me at all and now I have opened a paypal dispute to get my money back. disgusting havent got my refund yet

Absolutely terrible, item never came and when I emailed the team they just kept saying it’s coming. Ruined my anniversary stay clear!

Really couldn't be more disappointed with this company. I ordered one of their package deals where you get 2 of their musical prints for around £30. You input the song title of your first dance (for example) and they find the sheet music and lyrics for it etc. This gift came up on google sponsored, and I'm kicking myself for trusting it. First off - it took around 5 days for the 'proof' to be sent to me. And this is only after contacting them a few times on email and live chat to check that they'd even received my order. Never any apology with this, just "you'll have the proof tonight". Secondly: When I did receive the proof, one of the designs was completely the wrong version of a song, despite them having being given the artist that I wanted. Given the time constraints (this being an anniversary gift after all) I agreed with them that I'd take the one that was at least the correct song (with the caveat that they'd make some minor changes to it before sending out) and that I'd get a refund for the incorrect one. Third: I received the print in the post a few days later, only to find that they hadn't made the changes that I'd asked for based on the proof. It really isn't what was agreed - what's the point in having the option of a proof in the first place?! Now: I've emailed them twice now since receiving it and no reply / explanation. And furthermore I haven't received the initial refund they promised via email, let alone the one I've asked for since then for their shoddy work. To give context to my rating: I ordered this on the 16th Aug 2019, chased on the 19th via live chat and was told by "Tom" that I'd receive the design that evening (I didn't), I chased again on the 20th Aug via live chat and was told by "tiffany" that I'd receive it that evening (I didn't), in the early hours of the 21st I received the proof, as described above, then on the 23rd I received the print, which was not as agreed! I'll be escalating this. Companies like this shouldn't be able to get away with this and I'm pretty sure that the positive reviews on this page are fakes by the company. All of the other '1 star' reviews show a similar experience to mine. Please don't be fooled.

I tend to come from the school of thought that sticks to: "if you have nothing good to say then say nothing", preferring to ignore and/or not repeat or do the same thing again. However, I'm so disappointed by the whole service (or, lack of) from Blim & Blum, I've changed my mind. I had to chase them for the item I ordered (Walking Down the Aisle & First Dance music sheets), more than once after not getting a response the first time, resulting in missing the 1st wedding anniversary date it was bought for and ordering weeks in advance. Allegedly, someone had "tried to call me" about one of the choices at some stage, however, I had no missed calls or any voice message left. When I did get a response and asked what the hold up was, I was eventually told that someone had "just forgot" to send it out. Despite, that I thanked them for their honesty and waited for the item to arrive. I eventually received the goods but had to go back to them again 3 days ago as the recipient (a musician and teacher) says the score for one of the songs is incorrect. The music score for this song has no lyrics as Blim & Blum advised they were unable to produce a music and lyrics sheet, in this case (which I agreed to, as long as it was the correct artist and song) I was promised someone would look at it and get back to me later that evening - I'm still waiting. Waste of money (£30) and time.

I ordered a photo for my anniversary and when it arrived it was poor quality with lines through our faces. I waited a week for a reply after chasing daily and now I have been told it is my fault. Do not use this company. I will be taking further action against them.

Ordered from these guys two weeks ago, from Australia with express international shipping. Upon checking my order, it was never sent. No communication from the seller as to why. I've sent emails to no response, so had to open a PayPal case. Checking their reviews it looks like if you're overseas, you will probably have a problem buying from them. Entirely disappointing. Edit: 24 hours later, full refund delivered. Customer Service consists of the owners, Tom & Tiffany. Both have repeatedly lied to me regarding the status of my order, insisting it was sent. After over 30 requests during multiple live chat conversations with them, were unable to provide the tracking number for my order with wildly varying and ridiculous reasons. They continually avoided and deflected even the most direct request for a tracking number. Tom & Tiffany, you didn't even have the decency to come clean when I worked out it had not been sent. The lies continued even after the refund was provided saying "...As this order has been cancelled it is unusual to provide a tracking number at this stage". Keep in mind, I had repeatedly told them I wanted the item, not the refund. Save your money and go to anyone but Blim & Blum.

Item never sent, no communication from the seller. Sent email, no reply. Now opening a PayPal case, hilariously bad behaviour. If you're looking to buy from Australia, avoid this place. Looks like unless you're from the same country they don't care.

If I could leave a 0 star score I would! I trusted this company and thought they were going to deliver on a very special day for me which was my first wedding anniversary...... WELL WASN'T I WRONG!!! Firstly, I contacted a man by the name of Tom, via the sites messenger service. Who was able to tell me what I wanted to hear in regards to postage, delivery times ect, BEFORE I ORDERED!!! It's a special occasion, so I wanted to make sure how clear I was in regarding the delivery times and he reassured me that this would be ok. See the below screenshots. So here I am today on my anniversary, with no package, no nothing. No response from Tom who was the one that guaranteed me my husband's first anniversary present would arrive on time. So now Obviously when they know they've stuffed up they shut up shop and don't reply. The thing you must know about this company is they are based in Australia but all of their products come from overseas aka America. So please don't be fooled into thinking that you're ordering for a company and supporting local Australia! Because they are not located locally they are abroad. It would have been nice, if you gave me the heads-up first after I asked you all these necessary questions? I was told to pay for Premium Express tracking postage and which I did. Why did I do that what was the reason for it my item is still sitting in New South Wales, FedEx told me that they contacted you to tell you they were delays and my parcel packaging, why didn't you pass this on? All I can say is my heart is broken, my husband will be home with me hour and now I have no wedding anniversary gift to give him. Thanks for that, I hope you sleep well tonight! I've attached all the relevant correspondence for you so you know that I'm not telling any stories. You can all make up your own mind, all I can say is be very very careful of this company. They're very more than likely to let you down!!! And I still haven't had a reply....

I ordered four prints and realized I got the date wrong! I messaged the company on live chat to see if they could change it . They were so helpful, and correct my mistake straight away . The website is so easy to use, they have beautiful options as well so you can customize your print. I have seen similar style posters but these are hands down the best quality. Highly recommend.

I've ordered quite a few times from Blim & Blum but this time I was particularly impressed. A dear friend of mine ran a marathon recently and needed a gift for them. I asked Blim & Blum whether it would be possible to do a marathon/running related print for their marathon specifically and to my surprise they did and no extra cost totally amazed. Was the perfect xmas gift and arrived earlier than expected and is beautiful. It's good quality and the map looks stunning 🥰 Thank you again so so much!

Ordered a lyric print for a wedding present. Asked for a proof which I understood takes longer. Had to email them a week later asking for the proof of image. Print arrived damaged, crease across it. Emailed photos I took of image and backing cardboard that was damaged. Response was the cardboard Isn’t easy to break. Well, it did break and crease the image. Packaging says ‘fragile don’t not bend, but the wrapping around that doesn’t say anything about being fragile. I mentioned this in my email and the response was we have trialled having fragile stickers and it has had the opposite effect. Not my issue!! Asked if I can get a replacement as not my fault print damaged. email front was ‘I’ll speak to my colleague’ haven’t heard anything back, this was 10 days ago.

i ordered a personalised map with a love heart design on the chosen address and paid extra for proof before postage. When the proof arrived by email there was an error it took several weeks to fix this simple error i marked with an X exactly where i wanted the love heart to be but each time it would come back in a different place that i asked. I felt like banging my head against the wall. The service from Tiffany and Tom was awful "the proof will be sent this evening by 5pm" never arrived, "your print will be printed and posted today you will receive shipping confirmation by email by 5.45pm tonight" never arrived. it was very stressful as it was a special gift for somebody which took over 3 weeks to arrive. The product itself was really disappointing! On the website it shows a detailed map of the chosen area but when it arrived it had little to no detail at all and was printed on a piece of flimsy card. what a waste of money and disappointing gift.

Completely missed the shipping date. Yes I paid for express delivery etc. there was and has been no follow up by the company. No hey sorry it’s going to be late ... nothing. I followed up said hey we can’t guarantee any delivery. Can’t provide a tracking number because the office is closed but could tell it won’t be delivered when they said. Then said “have a nice day” and ended the conversation. The gift was for my anniversary so “have a nice day” on a blown shipping with no follow up or help. Really?

Terrible customer service - content of the product I received (wedding anniversary gift) was incorrect (despite paying for a proof copy) and my several attempts to elicit action from Blim & Blum all failed. Took over a month without resolution, still waiting for a response from them. Tiffany and Tom both contacts I spoke to - consistent theme with many of the comments below.

Where do I begin... wanted to buy a nice, 1st wedding anniversary gift for my wife and B&B woefully dropped the ball. Ordering about a month in advance, I provided approval for my order via email but they somehow missed it. No communication was ever proactively sent from their end (including no shipping/tracking info), I had to reach out several times looking for answers. Once approved, they tried to rush deliver this to me in the US, but had clearly not yet delivered the item because when I asked for a refund they canceled the shipment. They were unapologetic in their conduct and did little to try to fix the situation. Buyers beware!
