I got one of the "vinyl prints" for our anniversary. I did a fantastic acting job, pretending I was in any way impressed. Then I go online to track this down, and it was FORTY DOLLARS!!! A literal PICTURE of the lyrics to a song in the shape of a record. I mean if it was just a cheap little gift, sure. But my poor wife actually spent a few bucks on this literal garbage, and I feel bad for her. The frame is plastic and coming apart, and I cannot emphasize enough... IT'S NOT ACTUAL VINYL. It's a crappy print job on office paper. Screw this product for existing. And on top of it all, it was almost 10 days late in the mail and she got ZERO help from customer support.

I ordered a song in a frame the first dance of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding for their first Wedding Anniversary. I emailed and asked if they could add one more bar to the fourth line which actually had one less bar than above lines. An email came back saying we cannot add four lines! When I explained I had not asked for that I was told it was impossible but I could add another line on the bottom by taking off the first. Why would anyone think I would want to miss out the first words of the song!! When it came it was not aligned in the frame properly and I could not undo the back and move it as there would have been a space at the top or bottom. I emailed Blim Blum about this. Firstly my emails went un answered then many emails back and forth when they pretended not to understand the problem. For a sheet of A4 paper and a frame I was charged £46 and would expect for that price it was perfect. Quite honestly do it yourself you can get the music on-line for free and buy a frame for well under £10. Extremely bad customer service. I put an unflattering review on their website and surprise surpise it disappeared!

Very poor communication. When I never received my print, I asked for a refund and never heard back.

Ordered the vinyl first dance. I got exactly what I ordered, looks great. However, I made a mistake with spelling on my print which I noticed within 20 mins of ordering this. I emailed customer service straight away, to which they responded promptly and said that they will notify the design team and should be no problem. I felt good at this point as it was my partners anniversary present that it would read her name correctly. Once the package arrived I presented it to my partner which she thought it looked great. The next day she said that her name is spelt incorrectly on this print. When I checked I was disappointed as it was the typo from the very start which I notified the company straight after purchasing. I hate to give a bad review as it looks great and it is an awesome idea for anniversary present but am a bit disappointed that I’m hanging this on the wall with my partners name spelt incorrectly.

I was quite impressed with the variety and selection available with Blim & Blum and opted to purchase a print with 3 star maps for my Dad’s 60th Birthday, asking to see the preview of the print before delivery (which the site states will add an extra day to delivery time). As I hadn’t heard anything about the preview I had to contact them to chase this up, which I eventually received 10 days after placing my order. I had a small query with the preview (location wasn’t mentioned on the star maps on the print) which I sent the day I received the email, but had to also chase up a response to this which I got 3 days later. By this point it was only 5 days before my Dad’s birthday, so I agreed for the preview to be printed (even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted) in the hopes it’d be there on time, as I’d already paid for it! Two weeks after my, somewhat reluctant, approval for the preview to be printed I had to contact Blim & Blum again in an attempt to chase up the deliver of my purchase. Having placed my order on the 27th of September I didn’t actually receive my print until the 26th of October! I definitely won’t be ordering from here again - there are other companies who do similar prints that are great quality and come within a reasonable time frame (ordered a print from The Night Sky as an engagement gift for a friend which arrived within a week and was amazing quality). I’m not usually one to leave disappointing reviews, however the customer service provided by Blim and Blum was practically non existent, with no explanation provided to the delay in delivery of my purchase and no apology despite sending them a complaint regarding this. Most definitely would not recommend.

Completely missed the shipping date. Yes I paid for express delivery etc. there was and has been no follow up by the company. No hey sorry it’s going to be late ... nothing. I followed up said hey we can’t guarantee any delivery. Can’t provide a tracking number because the office is closed but could tell it won’t be delivered when they said. Then said “have a nice day” and ended the conversation. The gift was for my anniversary so “have a nice day” on a blown shipping with no follow up or help. Really?

Ordered the sound wave art for my husband's first anniversary present and have been left feeling very disappointed by the quality and the lack of customer service. I've emailed twice with no reply and the quality of the print is shocking. I paid extra for a proof because I wasn't sure the picture I uploaded would work and I didn't get this, just got sent the order without being able to check. I won't be ordering again
