I ordered a print of our first dance and asked for a proof, which I'm grateful I did. Blim and Blum sent me a different version of the song, which I noticed was a complete match for the sheet music on MusicNotes.com I asked if they could do the right version or if we could change songs. I received no response. Over the next month I sent weekly emails asking to update the sheet music, all of which went unanswered. I then requested a refund, and still got no response. Ultimately I had my credit card reverse the transaction.

I ordered an item from them over a week ago and no progress has been made. I’ve emailed twice and used the chat feature, and even after 3 days, no response. I’m going to report this charge to Visa

I ordered and paid for expedited delivery. My credit card was charged and item never arrived. No response to emails, no response to chat message on website, no response to FB message and the phone number listed on the website is not a working number.

Ordered on the 10th October for a 16th October delivery date. It is now the 31st and has NOT arrived. Discussed issue with customer service last week who assured it was to be delivered the next day, 5 days later, still not here and now can not contact them! Horrendous service.

Nice idea, but completely the wrong wording for the song, also the print isn't framed correctly as it is rippling. Expensive item you could print off yourself and frame yourself. Very DIY. Check everything before 30 days, because even if it's faulty, they won't do anything. It took us a long time to realise the mistake, because it was hanging in a not so prominent place as I was disappointed with the quality.

We ordered a print of our daughter and husband’s 1st dance for their 1st anniversary. The print only contained notes and no lyrics. The lyrics to their song are meaningful and beautiful. This print has no meaning. I did review the print, however I thought it was to confirm spelling. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution. I am beyond unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied!

Horrible product and worse customer service. Nothing on the map that I ordered was legible. Couldn't believe it left the company in this state. When I contacted Blim & Blum, I was told that it printed to the specs. So? When asked for further help, kept getting pushed off and no response at all.

After over 30 days I have giving up on anything being resolved. I placed my order November 24, and all through the process i was impress with how responsive customer service was. Anytime i had a question i would get an answer within 48hrs or less. Little did i know all that was just an illusion. I received my order and at first glance it was perfect, except that once my wife saw her anniversary gift she realized a number of mistakes on the canvas. For an unknown reason the message (in this case lyrics) on our canvas was missing multiple vowels. I reached out to Blim&Blum thats when i realized i was stuck with a my misspelled canvas. The fast and responsive customer service that i had witness disappear after the purchase was made. It has been 34 days since my purchase and about 28 days since i reported the problem with my order and i have concluded that it will not get fixed.

Have been waiting over a month for a resolution. One of the pictures I bought is defective and I am yet to get a response on how this is going to be resolved. Not only is this disappointing, I also paid for a proof to be done. The customer service is also extremely poor as no responses via email once purchase is made. Won't be buying again and now need to take this to Fair Trading.

Ordered from these guys two weeks ago, from Australia with express international shipping. Upon checking my order, it was never sent. No communication from the seller as to why. I've sent emails to no response, so had to open a PayPal case. Checking their reviews it looks like if you're overseas, you will probably have a problem buying from them. Entirely disappointing. Edit: 24 hours later, full refund delivered. Customer Service consists of the owners, Tom & Tiffany. Both have repeatedly lied to me regarding the status of my order, insisting it was sent. After over 30 requests during multiple live chat conversations with them, were unable to provide the tracking number for my order with wildly varying and ridiculous reasons. They continually avoided and deflected even the most direct request for a tracking number. Tom & Tiffany, you didn't even have the decency to come clean when I worked out it had not been sent. The lies continued even after the refund was provided saying "...As this order has been cancelled it is unusual to provide a tracking number at this stage". Keep in mind, I had repeatedly told them I wanted the item, not the refund. Save your money and go to anyone but Blim & Blum.

Item never sent, no communication from the seller. Sent email, no reply. Now opening a PayPal case, hilariously bad behaviour. If you're looking to buy from Australia, avoid this place. Looks like unless you're from the same country they don't care.

If I could leave a 0 star score I would! I trusted this company and thought they were going to deliver on a very special day for me which was my first wedding anniversary...... WELL WASN'T I WRONG!!! Firstly, I contacted a man by the name of Tom, via the sites messenger service. Who was able to tell me what I wanted to hear in regards to postage, delivery times ect, BEFORE I ORDERED!!! It's a special occasion, so I wanted to make sure how clear I was in regarding the delivery times and he reassured me that this would be ok. See the below screenshots. So here I am today on my anniversary, with no package, no nothing. No response from Tom who was the one that guaranteed me my husband's first anniversary present would arrive on time. So now Obviously when they know they've stuffed up they shut up shop and don't reply. The thing you must know about this company is they are based in Australia but all of their products come from overseas aka America. So please don't be fooled into thinking that you're ordering for a company and supporting local Australia! Because they are not located locally they are abroad. It would have been nice, if you gave me the heads-up first after I asked you all these necessary questions? I was told to pay for Premium Express tracking postage and which I did. Why did I do that what was the reason for it my item is still sitting in New South Wales, FedEx told me that they contacted you to tell you they were delays and my parcel packaging, why didn't you pass this on? All I can say is my heart is broken, my husband will be home with me hour and now I have no wedding anniversary gift to give him. Thanks for that, I hope you sleep well tonight! I've attached all the relevant correspondence for you so you know that I'm not telling any stories. You can all make up your own mind, all I can say is be very very careful of this company. They're very more than likely to let you down!!! And I still haven't had a reply....

Ordered a Christmas gift for my partner several weeks prior to Christmas, and are now in August of the following year and haven’t received the item. I have sent many emails to follow up on the status of my order, each time being assured that it was on the way. My last email was requesting a refund as I had lost all hope in receiving my item, and I am also yet to see the refund in my account. My partner had no gift on Christmas morning and I have now paid for something which was never received. Extremely disappointed in this company

Website said 2 to 4 days for delivery, I ordered on the 5th for my Anniversary on the 15th, chased it up on the 12th and was told inwould recieve ot on the 13th, then 3 hours later recieved an email saying it had been dispatched and would arrive on the 16th, my guess is it was never sent so was never coming on the 13th, was only sent when I chased it up which leaves my anniv present to my wife a bit of a washout now. Wouldn't buy from these again as I run a retail shop and honestly is the best policy in my opinion. A very annoyed Cuatomer that spent far to much money on a print that I could have got cheaper elsewhere and on time.

Would love to have given this 5* Got the first item (£85) it came and was broken so the glass wouldn't stay in. Spoke to Tom he's a good guy and asked if I could replace it for something which was CHEAPER and to keep the difference, 3 weeks later still Absolutely nothing. Waste of time use someone else.

Bought a non-personalized sweet dreams sign on 3/7/20. Two weeks later I received a request from the company to “review” my order, which I never received. 3/11/20 supposedly it was shipped. 4/5/20 reached out to the company who said it was a UPS issue, “we’ll research and get back to you”. They did not get back to me, so I reached out to them once again on 4/13. They responded and said they would ship a new one out to me that I should receive within 4 days. 4/21 still nothing, reached out to them with no response. 4/25 reached out to them again and the response was, “Hi we have a tracking for this but isn't ready to send until Monday. Apologies we are working to resolve this as fast as we can.” Each tome I’ve asked for a refund or my merchandise. I’m pretty sure I won’t be receiving either. This place is a scam!

Bought the personalised Anniversary print with proof, they took my money and 8 days later have heard nothing from them at all.. They haven’t even bothered to respond to my email follow ups! Covid or not... Don’t take the money if you cannot supply the service! This amounts to fraud! Based on experience so far and no hope of getting it in time for the anniversary.... I’d give them a big miss!

I ordered my 1st wedding anniversary personalised frame. I spent the money on a 2 day delivery it has never arrived and ruined my anniversary-they haven’t responded to my email and cut me off when ringing-I’m still hoping it’s due to lockdown and it will be delivered!
