Upset customer
Bought a non-personalized sweet dreams sign on 3/7/20. Two weeks later I received a request from the company to “review” my order, which I never received. 3/11/20 supposedly it was shipped. 4/5/20 reached out to the company who said it was a UPS issue, “we’ll research and get back to you”. They did not get back to me, so I reached out to them once again on 4/13. They responded and said they would ship a new one out to me that I should receive within 4 days. 4/21 still nothing, reached out to them with no response. 4/25 reached out to them again and the response was, “Hi we have a tracking for this but isn't ready to send until Monday. Apologies we are working to resolve this as fast as we can.” Each tome I’ve asked for a refund or my merchandise. I’m pretty sure I won’t be receiving either. This place is a scam!
