Ordered my item a month before my anniversary and it still hasn’t arrived. Took 14 days and some chasing to see the proof, then had to chase again to get delivery date. My anniversary has passed and still don’t have the item. I’m really disappointed and not sure I will bother putting the picture up even if it ever arrives! If I had the option to give no stars I would!

I ordered a lyric poster for my anniversary. When it arrived I notified them that there was a mistake on the print. I struggled to get any response from customer service. I returned the print 2 months ago and am still waiting for my refund. Very poor service.

i ordered a personalised map with a love heart design on the chosen address and paid extra for proof before postage. When the proof arrived by email there was an error it took several weeks to fix this simple error i marked with an X exactly where i wanted the love heart to be but each time it would come back in a different place that i asked. I felt like banging my head against the wall. The service from Tiffany and Tom was awful "the proof will be sent this evening by 5pm" never arrived, "your print will be printed and posted today you will receive shipping confirmation by email by 5.45pm tonight" never arrived. it was very stressful as it was a special gift for somebody which took over 3 weeks to arrive. The product itself was really disappointing! On the website it shows a detailed map of the chosen area but when it arrived it had little to no detail at all and was printed on a piece of flimsy card. what a waste of money and disappointing gift.

Would only recommend if you have zero interest when the item arrives! Ordered a print on the 1st Dec, with the website stating that I could expect it to arrive on the 4th. After contacting customer services on the 18th, asking them if I can expect the print to arrive before Xmas, they said “no problem” (with no explanation or apology for the delay). The print didn’t arrive till the 27th, almost an entire month after ordering it. Zero customer care. Zero interest in shopping there again.

I ordered an anniversary present and paid extra for delivery. Blim and Blum made an obvious mistake on the order which ruined the present. The customer service is terrible and I cant get a refund.

Still haven’t received my item now 6 weeks and they will not return my emails ????? Surely this is an excessive amount of time for a photo frame

I haven't even gotten my order yet and I am so over this company. It took them a week to get me my proof (Oct. 6th was my order date and I received the proof on the 13th) when on their website it says it will only take a day. Now it's October 20th and according to when I first ordered, I should have the print by now, so I went to the tracking website to see where it was at and it had me do the "select the pictures that have a car in them" type of verification OVER 20 TIMES. On top of that, I had asked for updates on shipment and delivery and I have received none. IF you still insist on ordering from this company, you better order a couple months in advance.

Don't bother wasting your time ordering from these people. I have had the same experience many other customers have complained about. Ordered an item for my 1 year wedding anniversary and paid for the two day delivery. It is now two days overdue and still hasn't been passed on to the royal mail for delivery. I emailed the customer service email and haven't had a reply. Awful.

Ordered the product in early September product never actually arrived.Contacted stuff multiple time for an updated delivery date and was told someone would be in touch (heard nothing). After a month and a half of waiting I asked for a full refund. Was told by Tom. "No problem, I have passed this over to my colleague to process the refund for you asap. You will receive an automated notification once initiated". Weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and to hear from anyone.

The final artwork I received looked lovely, however I will never use this company again because they are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in terms of Customer Service. I ordered a framed picture on 10th Sept as a gift for my Husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary and based on their estimated timelines, it should have arrived just before our anniversary. As I wanted it to be spot on, I paid for the 'proof' which is stated on the website that you will receive within 24 hours of placing your order. Well 24 hours came and went and i'd received nothing. Five days later I still hadn't received a proof so I emailed them. No response. The next day I used the chat service and was told I would receive the proof later that day and that my shipping would be upgraded to 'Express' due to the delay. Surprise surprise, no proof was received. The next day (17th Sept) I contacted the chat again and was sent the proof via chat for approval. I approved on the spot. By 21st Sept I'd still not received any tracking info. I contacted the chat again and was sent a link to my tracking info but the package had not yet been picked up. I checked the link everyday and it was a whole week until the package was collected by DHL (this was on 24th Sept - when it was originally due for delivery on 23rd Sept). My anniversary came and went. I contacted the chat again and was told my package should arrive by 25th Sept. The package wasn't even collected from Blim and Blum until 24th Sept. 25th Sept came and went and it was then clear that Blim and Blum had definitely NOT upgraded my shipping to 'express' as they promised. So finally on 29th Sept my package arrived. Had the team actually sent my proof on time the frame would have made it by my anniversary. I'd hate to think of when the frame would have arrived if i didn't pester them everyday for an update. The people who run the chat service are also very flat and unapologetic when they screw up your order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because all of the 1 and 2 star reviews sound like a mirror image of mine - terrible customer service. It's not worth the stress when you can buy cheaper, like products from Etsy.

Really couldn't be more disappointed with this company. I ordered one of their package deals where you get 2 of their musical prints for around £30. You input the song title of your first dance (for example) and they find the sheet music and lyrics for it etc. This gift came up on google sponsored, and I'm kicking myself for trusting it. First off - it took around 5 days for the 'proof' to be sent to me. And this is only after contacting them a few times on email and live chat to check that they'd even received my order. Never any apology with this, just "you'll have the proof tonight". Secondly: When I did receive the proof, one of the designs was completely the wrong version of a song, despite them having being given the artist that I wanted. Given the time constraints (this being an anniversary gift after all) I agreed with them that I'd take the one that was at least the correct song (with the caveat that they'd make some minor changes to it before sending out) and that I'd get a refund for the incorrect one. Third: I received the print in the post a few days later, only to find that they hadn't made the changes that I'd asked for based on the proof. It really isn't what was agreed - what's the point in having the option of a proof in the first place?! Now: I've emailed them twice now since receiving it and no reply / explanation. And furthermore I haven't received the initial refund they promised via email, let alone the one I've asked for since then for their shoddy work. To give context to my rating: I ordered this on the 16th Aug 2019, chased on the 19th via live chat and was told by "Tom" that I'd receive the design that evening (I didn't), I chased again on the 20th Aug via live chat and was told by "tiffany" that I'd receive it that evening (I didn't), in the early hours of the 21st I received the proof, as described above, then on the 23rd I received the print, which was not as agreed! I'll be escalating this. Companies like this shouldn't be able to get away with this and I'm pretty sure that the positive reviews on this page are fakes by the company. All of the other '1 star' reviews show a similar experience to mine. Please don't be fooled.

Terrible customer service - content of the product I received (wedding anniversary gift) was incorrect (despite paying for a proof copy) and my several attempts to elicit action from Blim & Blum all failed. Took over a month without resolution, still waiting for a response from them. Tiffany and Tom both contacts I spoke to - consistent theme with many of the comments below.

Where do I begin... wanted to buy a nice, 1st wedding anniversary gift for my wife and B&B woefully dropped the ball. Ordering about a month in advance, I provided approval for my order via email but they somehow missed it. No communication was ever proactively sent from their end (including no shipping/tracking info), I had to reach out several times looking for answers. Once approved, they tried to rush deliver this to me in the US, but had clearly not yet delivered the item because when I asked for a refund they canceled the shipment. They were unapologetic in their conduct and did little to try to fix the situation. Buyers beware!

Terrible customer service - don’t expect to be told when your item will arrive or anything to do with the delivery by the customer service person who doesn’t deal with delivery. Because why would that be a part of customer service for an e-commerce store? No idea if my gift will show up in time for our anniversary, why it’s late, or why I wasted time emailing and waiting for a reply each time instead of giving someone else my order.

The worst service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheaper, faster services on Etsy and for the exact same design. No support or help from the customer service team (Tom) and really slow response on email. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong for asking about my delivery and the poor service was reflecting back on to me, the paying customer. Telephone just rings out? POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

Really not offer this website and company to no one. Don't buy anything from them. They are expensive and if u have any issue the customer service is absolutely poor. I had several conversation mostly with Tom and some with Tiffany. Both of them are really unrespectfull, not helpfull at all, and even they think who has problem is a big stupid. My gift late and not arrive on my anniversary (as they promised on the website) and when I write to them they had no idea at all it should be here already. I wanted minimum some respect to get from these 2 ppl but they just made me more angry and dissapointed from them and from the company minute by minute untill we had to talk. They just repeat and repeat that I should answered for them e-mail where they show the profe for the picutre but I didnt get nothing. Instead to be kind and helpfull they were really unrespectfull and thaught I am stupid. The way how they speak and act with the customer is unacceptable. At the end when I waited some kindness from them they said they can refund for me only 15% what is actually hilarious. Really DON'T BUY ANYTHING FRON THEM BECAUSE IN THE END U GET JUST .... FOR YOUR MONEY.

Customer service is questionable, I emailed three times regarding a product and never received a response. Product looks great on website but couldn’t purchase as they never responded. I went elsewhere for an anniversary present.
