Terrible customer service - don’t expect to be told when your item will arrive or anything to do with the delivery by the customer service person who doesn’t deal with delivery. Because why would that be a part of customer service for an e-commerce store? No idea if my gift will show up in time for our anniversary, why it’s late, or why I wasted time emailing and waiting for a reply each time instead of giving someone else my order.
