Really not offer this website and company to no one. Don't buy anything from them. They are expensive and if u have any issue the customer service is absolutely poor. I had several conversation mostly with Tom and some with Tiffany. Both of them are really unrespectfull, not helpfull at all, and even they think who has problem is a big stupid. My gift late and not arrive on my anniversary (as they promised on the website) and when I write to them they had no idea at all it should be here already. I wanted minimum some respect to get from these 2 ppl but they just made me more angry and dissapointed from them and from the company minute by minute untill we had to talk. They just repeat and repeat that I should answered for them e-mail where they show the profe for the picutre but I didnt get nothing. Instead to be kind and helpfull they were really unrespectfull and thaught I am stupid. The way how they speak and act with the customer is unacceptable. At the end when I waited some kindness from them they said they can refund for me only 15% what is actually hilarious. Really DON'T BUY ANYTHING FRON THEM BECAUSE IN THE END U GET JUST .... FOR YOUR MONEY.
