I can't believe how easy it was to work with Blindster to purchase, receive and install our blinds. My husband and I received the two pair of faux wood blinds this Sunday, opened the well-packed box, easily found the printed instructions, as well as a well-made video online for the installation. The two of us (at almost 80 BTW) were able to follow and install both blinds in less than an hour. They look handsome and professional and customer service (also absolutely pleasant) only had to help us the next day to expedite a missing magnetic valance clip for one of the blinds. We are looking forward to using Blindster again. JT
