I will be reporting you to the foods standards agency. Twice now. Both deliveries have arrived split open and unhygienic in the middle of a pandemic where hygiene is at an even higher importance. Both split in the same area and this cant be by chance, so you are either handling the product poorly or knowingly selling faulty bags of stock.
Then when speaking to customer service they are rude unhelpful and contradictory of the option given by Joanne the head of customer services
