“Delivery arrived after 7 days, lid open with powder spilled out inside the cardboard box, absolutely shocking and very alarming that this company is continuining to operate reading the comments from customers. Will be sending samples off to be tested and reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!”

“my protein powder arrived all smashed up in the box powder everywhere plastic in the protein very disappointed all I wanted was the protein and be happy it's was wrapped properly before but gone really down hill now”

“Box damaged and protein spilled from both tubs. Seals still intact but lids twisted slightly open. The tub lids warn that the tubs must be kept upright - mine were both on their side. It probably doesn't help that they use Evri to deliver, as they also get poor reviews. Other reviewers have said their tubs were the same, so this is apparently not an isolated incident. Feedback form and numerous emails ignored. At least, unlike many reviewers, I received my goods, but how can I know that the contents are uncontaminated and fit for human consumption since nothing about this company inspires any confidence? You would not eat food products from any other supplier that arrived unsealed. I will never buy again from this company that clearly cares nothing about its customers. Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency ought to know about these people.”

“Missing item. It is their trick to rip off customers. I added extra item so that i could get a free delivery but they only sent one item. Very bad company. The protein looks suspicious. I will be reporting it to the Food Standard Agency plus will contact my bank to get my money back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM. SCAM!”

“They sent out one of two items I purchased and does not respond to emails or social media direct messages. Evri were only given one individually packed item which was delivered with no trace of the other half of my order. I had to raise a dispute claim with my bank to recover the lost money. Their phone opening lines state they close at 5pm on a weekday, I called at 3pm on a Friday and the automated message said their lines are now "closed". 2 hours early? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SHADY "COMPANY"!”

“Missing items in my first order,ordered again 3 items not sent but still took full payment never issued refund for items sent,emailed,messaged and phoned customer service no response or reply or answer the phone,will never buy again,they WILL SCAM YOU and you can’t get hold of anyone to get your money back,BE WARNED”

“On face value their prices during promotions seem reasonable enough. I have used their Ebay shop a few times for small items with no problem. My first purchase directly off them did not go quite as well. I recieved 3 x 4 kg tubs of protein powder, the tubs were inadequetly packed ( 2 colums, the 3rd tub was loose) and one had burst inside the cardboard box, the box itself had leaked everywhere, doorstep, doorway and hallway. On contacting customer service they suggested that i should scrape up the contents of the box and consume it, the box was not an airtight container and even had grit in the folded flaps (probably from the van floor). I told them this was not hygienic and had put the spilled powder in the bin. Despite the inadequate packaging the company would not give me a replacement/refund and initailly only offered me 20%, saying it had happened in transit and wasn't their fault. Ahmed the customer service agent was particulary unhelpful, and wouldn't accept the fact that it was against the food standards agency guidelines regarding cross contamination. The conversation I had is hands down the worst example of customer services I have encountered for quite some time. I have since seen reviews indicating that this is not an isolated incident. On the whole I would not recommend this company, if you do wish to buy from them, I strongly suggest using Ebay and Paypal as an extra level of consumer protection.”

“I bought unlimited next day delivery. However, they changed website and lost all my deliveries including the premium membership. When I complained, they said everytime I buy anything will have to apply for refund on my membership I purchased. How stupid and unprofessional!”

“Just received my order. But not all of it. I ordered 3 tubs of protein. And only received 2. Not very professional. And it's my first time ordering from this place. They don't even bother answering the phone. Automated message telling you to call back later.”

“Emailed last week as my account suggesting I haven't ordered previously. No response to this email and called everyday this week and not managed to get through (cuts you off after calling for a few minutes). Won't use again 👎🏼”

“I placed an order with bodybuilding warehouse 7 days ago and it has once again been lost by Hermes (surprise surprise). I messaged BBW via Facebook messenger to ask for an update and they stated that they have contacted Hermes and to allow 48hours for a reply so that's what I did.... I received no reply so I messaged again.... this time not getting a reply at all, then I messaged again.... No reply. So I have now messaged BBW again today with a complaint and am once again waiting for a reply. The customer service is appalling and I now plan to let everyone know at my gym, workplace and social media about how bad my experience has been so far and telling them to avoid. I think I will be shopping from myprotein from now on even if they do cost more as BBW aren't worth the hastle. This is not the first time I have had these issues with BBW so take it from me and avoid, use my protein or dolphin fitness where the customer service is good and you actually receive what you have paid money for if not I guarantee this will at some point be you posting a negative review. I have even sent my conversations direct to the managing director to see if he actually cares about the business and potential loss of sales, so we will see.”

“Very poor customer service. Product will not mix no matter the method. After writing a complaint I was advised that products are not eligible for return once open! Despite this product being faulty. I have been offered a partial refund of I keep the product. Unfortunately, it is unusable but they are simply not interested in my feedback. Certainly not their biggest customer, but I will not use again. Buyer beware”

“Order Number: 11002025372, Day 8 and still no "next day delivery" product or satisfactory response from Bodybuilding Warehouse apart from wait some more. I am still waiting for my order and arguing with the Bodybuilding Warehouse staff who keep sending me the message "Please allow 2 working days for us to investigate" I have received that message 3 times in the past 7 days and still nothing happens. What a Joke!”

“Worse company to deal with. I purchased EAA aminos which never been able to mix with water or other liquid! I contacted the company 5 times via emails, every time someone different replies?! The expiry date was less than two months for 100 serving powder on one a day!! Despite all my afford, the company refused to accept the powder back because I used 2 gram of 1000 gram (1 kg) for testing which never even tested because it never mixes with water. I opened PayPal dispute, the company accepted the return immediately with PayPal but I have 3 emails from them refusing the refund. PayPal paid me the return postage as the company washed their hands from! Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy”

“I will be reporting you to the foods standards agency. Twice now. Both deliveries have arrived split open and unhygienic in the middle of a pandemic where hygiene is at an even higher importance. Both split in the same area and this cant be by chance, so you are either handling the product poorly or knowingly selling faulty bags of stock. Then when speaking to customer service they are rude unhelpful and contradictory of the option given by Joanne the head of customer services”
