What a disappointing experience. Purchased 2 items, one arrived 2 weeks later than the specified date and the other item is yet to be delivered. Evri themselves can not seem to resolve it with them and there is zero chance of getting through via the chatbot or their unmanned contact points. Rather go elsewhere, you will be guaranteed of a better service because BW starts at the bottom.
