"Delivery arrived after 7 days, lid open with powder spilled out inside the cardboard box, absolutely shocking and very alarming that this company is continuining to operate reading the comments from customers. Will be sending samples off to be tested and reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!"

"Box damaged and protein spilled from both tubs. Seals still intact but lids twisted slightly open. The tub lids warn that the tubs must be kept upright - mine were both on their side. It probably doesn't help that they use Evri to deliver, as they also get poor reviews. Other reviewers have said their tubs were the same, so this is apparently not an isolated incident. Feedback form and numerous emails ignored. At least, unlike many reviewers, I received my goods, but how can I know that the contents are uncontaminated and fit for human consumption since nothing about this company inspires any confidence? You would not eat food products from any other supplier that arrived unsealed. I will never buy again from this company that clearly cares nothing about its customers. Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency ought to know about these people."

"On face value their prices during promotions seem reasonable enough.\r\nI have used their Ebay shop a few times for small items with no problem.\r\nMy first purchase directly off them did not go quite as well.\r\nI recieved 3 x 4 kg tubs of protein powder, the tubs were inadequetly packed ( 2 colums, the 3rd tub was loose) and one had burst inside the cardboard box, the box itself had leaked everywhere, doorstep, doorway and hallway.\r\nOn contacting customer service they suggested that i should scrape up the contents of the box and consume it, the box was not an airtight container and even had grit in the folded flaps (probably from the van floor).\r\nI told them this was not hygienic and had put the spilled powder in the bin. Despite the inadequate packaging the company would not give me a replacement\/refund and initailly only offered me 20%, saying it had happened in transit and wasn't their fault. Ahmed the customer service agent was particulary unhelpful, and wouldn't accept the fact that it was against the food standards agency guidelines regarding cross contamination.\r\nThe conversation I had is hands down the worst example of customer services I have encountered for quite some time.\r\nI have since seen reviews indicating that this is not an isolated incident.\r\nOn the whole I would not recommend this company, if you do wish to buy from them, I strongly suggest using Ebay and Paypal as an extra level of consumer protection."
