“Worse company to deal with.
I purchased EAA aminos which never been able to mix with water or other liquid!
I contacted the company 5 times via emails, every time someone different replies?!
The expiry date was less than two months for 100 serving powder on one a day!!
Despite all my afford, the company refused to accept the powder back because I used 2 gram of 1000 gram (1 kg) for testing which never even tested because it never mixes with water.
I opened PayPal dispute, the company accepted the return immediately with PayPal but I have 3 emails from them refusing the refund.
PayPal paid me the return postage as the company washed their hands from!

“Poorly packaged protein powder in over sized box. Free item was missing but they couldn't be bothered to send out as hey the item was free. Customer is completely useless. No need to buy from these guys as there are better companies with better customer service out there.”
“I will be reporting you to the foods standards agency. Twice now. Both deliveries have arrived split open and unhygienic in the middle of a pandemic where hygiene is at an even higher importance. Both split in the same area and this cant be by chance, so you are either handling the product poorly or knowingly selling faulty bags of stock.
Then when speaking to customer service they are rude unhelpful and contradictory of the option given by Joanne the head of customer services”
“One huge scam company! Selling stock with ingredients completely diffrent to what is listed on their page. When trying to return the item - label provided isn’t readable. No drop off shop will accept it. No one in their customer service is replying any more including the director Kieran Fisher! Well done guys! I know where I won’t be shopping for my Xmas presents! I may have lost £27 but you will gain a lot of negative feedback for your bad, bad customer service!”

“Bought product and the product was damaged and already open. When I open the box the Pre- work powder was everywhere. The seal had been open and the expiry date was in a week. Really more emailed twice and no response and called, but they do not take phone calls. Use other sites”

“I have ordered a lot of items from this company over the years but after placing a small order on the 28/07/16 and it still not being received on the 3/08/16 I was shocked by their attitude when I contacted them "you'll just have to wait 10 days before we can open a lost parcel case with the Royal Mail" after asking for a replacement or refund I was told they can't do this even though on the tracking it says there has been no activity on the parcel, the receipt after payment says expected delivery two to three working days well well done bodybuilding warehouse you've lost a customer for your mediocre products and bulk powders get 100% now as they are a quality company that can't do enough for their customers and haven't somebody so snotty answering their phones!
Update as of 09/08/16 still no order so I emailed the company and they sent me a post office claim form saying it is my responsibility to fill the form in and claim off the post office, they supplied a tracking number with my order yet it goes to a dead link, they even blocked me off their Facebook page!
I would avoid this company at all costs and use a more reputable one, I'm literally speechless at how bad this company actually is!”
“Avoid this company, they send out the wrong products and when you contact them they ask you to send pictures as proof they messed up and when you do they still don't resolve it meaning you don't get what you paid for and they keep your money regardless. Avoid the bunch of crooks”
