I loved the retreat!!! Im actually not done because I’ve had to sometimes only do 1 video a day...but I’ve got a ton out of keeping a routine, eating vegan, and the yoga nidra was AMAZING! I feel like I’m doing some deep work and feeling light. Thank You.
