I am recently been through a bad period of my life. I found Boho Beautiful online on YouTube and found it the guided meditation be incredible positive and peaceful.
I bought a diary from Boho and it is very nice. I shall use it to write a daily gratitude 🙏 list.
Found a new word - namaste!
I live in the UK but will look to find a local yoga class (not hot yoga, that sounds horrible).
