Juliana and Mark are absolutely wonderful, inspiring people! The videos are challenging, but she has a way of making you feel confident where YOU are in your practice even if you can't do exactly what she is and you have to do a modification. The videos are always both motivating and calming at the same time. AND you get results! Every time I look in the mirror and I see the body I NEVER thought I would have, much less have at 40 years old, I have to say "Thanks, Juliana and Mark!" cuz it's because of stumbling upon this channel that I've managed to come this far!
