I’m in the middle of the Ascension program and I am loving it so far. Physically, it’s challenging my practice in all the ways I was hoping for. There are also some mental and perhaps even spiritual side effects as well. Needless to say, this has been a tough year and I’ve let my negative internal dialogue (my “dark wolf”) take over. I think this program will help me take back some control.
