i found Boho on utube a year ago - i came across your 5 minute arm exercise video (blue top lavender leotard) i do it several times a week. i like that the exercises are geared to one part of the body just for 5min - Juliana make more videos like this one - for each part of the body (5 min) to tone increase muscle and help keep women over 60 feeling pretty and healthy - as one gets older even if in good shape it is so important to keep muscle. muscle helps with everything.
I'd like to see you make 5min exercise videos for all parts of a womens body. Gentle muscle building exercises - to sculp and keep muscle on for health and beauty
