Finding you has been as finding a tresor I was looking for since long time ago and I did not know I was looking for ... your classes have been a great friend when I have been needing one, the words, the flow, the locations .. wowww ... I think it does make the whole difference, I feel transported/inspired. Last bundle, Ascension has been again something amazing, each class there is something new, a surprise I find, and the music .. it has really make also a huge difference. I am not a Yoga/Meditation expert but learning each day with pleasure and open mind, I don't feel frustrated even when I cannot do the same posture or last as long in the meditation, I have learned to forgive myself but also to push myself when I know I can. It has been a beautiful experience and hoping to keep sharing/learning much more. Thanks.
