I found Boho Beautiful before the Pandemic. I was on my own with yoga and finding instructors. From day one I was hooked, happy and very impressed! I’m in my 60’s and have always worked out but yoga was fairly new to me. The fact that you exercise and talk over the work out makes the flow go soooo much smoother and precise. I also need to emphasize that I get a better work out in 30 minutes with you than I ever got in 1 hour at my health center!
