I am a woman of 57 yrs... I previously started this with “I am a 57 yr old woman” and I just thought that sounded awful! My husband decided he didn’t love me anymore this past year... ok. He said I didn’t look after myself anymore... ok. I came across your 5 minute arm workout one day. I thought, ya I can do that... it’s only 5 minutes! Lol... killed me. Anyway, that video led me on a year long journey that has transformed me. I am so confident in my body and my strength and my flexibility now. It has nothing to do with my ex-husband other than that gave me time to focus on myself instead of looking after him. I look forward every day to rolling out my mat and spending time with you even if it’s just 10 minutes... I feel powerful having a strong body... and it’s all because I tried a 5 minute arm workout one day and was inspired to try another video and another... so I thank you for being accessible and achievable for anyone. ❤️
