I just turned 50 a few months ago. I’ve always struggled with being a little over weight. I averaged maybe 2 days a week of exercise. Since purchasing the Boho Beautiful in Ten Days, I’ve finally been consistent with my exercise! With the 20 minutes of toning, 20 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation, I’ve finally found a program I can stick with. It’s the perfect balance. It’s challenging but not overwhelming. I absolutely love this beautiful program!
