It's so nice to get a really good exercise in while pregnant. In my first two pregnancies I wasn't sure on what was safe and what wasn't, so I basically stopped exercising (besides walking and very light yoga) during my 2nd trimester. On my 3rd pregnancy, I've started Boho Beautiful's pregnancy program while in my 1st trimester (not doing it ever day because of nausea), and I feel so good, and confident that I'm staying healthy, fit, and keeping a peace of mind. The program has a good variety of rejuvenation and toning classes to make you feel strong, peaceful, and relaxed. x Erika
