I have really enjoyed the classes I have taken so far - especially the yin offerings - slowing down, settling into, and breathing through the asanas is exactly what I need to start my days off on the right note. And it's difficult to find decent yin classes, believe it or not! It seems like everyone wants power and fast vinyasa classes. Life is fast enough. Plus I'm usually doing my practice at 5am, so I love being able to wake my body slowly and steadily. Thanks Juliana and Mark!! 🥰
