The app is beautifully designed, streaming to the tv was pretty seamless, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the practices that were part of the Journey of a Cosmic Soul challenge.
I felt calm and rejuvenated after each one, from the flow itself, the beautiful studio and the calming background music.
After this month I definitely want to incorporate yoga into my exercise/self-care routine on a more regular basis. Thank you Julianna and Mark!
