They have a policy where if you cancel with sufficient notice you will be credited the class, but there is no way to cancel on their website. I called morning of before an evening class and left a message and they did not credit me. Twice. They said they would just put me in another class to compensate and I told them which class and they did not put me in. Boho is disreseptful and deceptive. I would choose a different studio.
