I first sought at-home yoga in 2018, when a nearly debilitating nerve condition required a strength plan that helped improve circulation. I landed on Yoga with Adriene. Over 7 years, I explored multiple different yoga channels, Boho Beautiful among them. The last couple years YWA has faded a bit, due to the high quality of Boho-- from the challenge level, instructional acumen, philosophical approach, visual and sound arts, and overall variety.
