I haven't done the ascension program yet! I will! I'm just busy being a mom and family coming for the holidays. I have wanted to do it for years and just bought it with the sale! I want to say I love the new people on your site too! I like the different types of yoga/movement/breath work they bring! All are very unique. It's fun to try new things! Thank you! I have been doing your yoga for 8 years now!
