I was introduced to Boho Beautiful when I was at rehab for alcoholism. We would meditate every morning (for 30 days). I was never able to focus enough to meditate, but that changed. i am now 18 months sober and I still use this for my meditation practice. I feel very fortunate to have these amazing people in my life!
