I love the content and do Juliana’s classes daily, however since I purchased the official membership I have found the app frustratingly slow and many days does not load at all leaving me without access to content or having to go through the website or use saved classes. I ended up canceling my membership due to sheer fustration of not being an able to use the app or access classes. I was so disappointed because I love the classes but the tech team could not fix the problem so they canceled my subscription for me
Instead. I feel really sad about that.
