My husband purchased the boho beautiful transform workout for me as a birthday gift. I have been doing their videos on youtube for the last few years and they have completely changed my life, both on and off the yoga mat. All of the workouts are incredible and the video style content is above and beyond. Their music is the perfect mix and video style is so motivating I do their videos daily! It was time for a step up and I always wondered about trying one of their programs. Well this was the perfect gift! The workouts themselves are a notch up and definitely challenging even for someone like me who does their workouts daily. And the variety in content is amazing as well. I am glad there are modifications provided as I see I will be able to grow with the program. It's definitely a step up and challenging so I know it will not be boring or something I will complete quickly. I am so excited to take my yoga and fitness journey on this new path!
