Every movement we do it is very well explained, guided by your voice, sometimes with a hint of ilarity that helps to release fatigue and get above our mental limits. Because of my work schedule that changes quiet often, I don't have the time to attend regular Yoga Classes. So I started first to follow your videos on YouTube and later trying this program in order to practice with longer lessons: this is like to have an "always with me teacher"!
